The Way I Work
Client Centred
I provide a safe non-judgmental space where each one of my clients can explore the difficulties and change impacting their daily life. I hold the view that the building of a secure and trusting relationship with each client is invaluable.
We strive to explore the meaning and origins of
the presenting issue and the fostering of new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving in response to these presenting issues.
When emotions and thoughts cannot be tolerated the mind finds ways to circumvent and suppress them. The goal of Counselling and Psychotherapy is always the same to reduce the painful anxiety that accompanies the underlying effect.
